MARKETING EXECUTIVE (MALE - ELECTRONICS BACKGROUND) • Reporting to: Department Head • Department: Energy & Lighting Department • Division: Consumer Marketing Division • Location: Dubai, UAE • Experience: 3-4 years • Age: 22-35 years • Qualification: Bachelors degree (Minimum) • Locally Available: Yes • Languages: Fluent in English • Nationality: Any – Preferably Arabic or African Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities: • Achieve the business plan set for each year • Growing the sales in the region with aligning with the company strategy • Obtain payments from customers for smooth flow of shipments • Internal job processing such as creating PO’S in SAP • Internal job support during the absence of fellow colleagues within the department • Be a team player within the department • Coordinate with the factory and all 3 domains to ensure a smooth flow of business • Coordinate and communicate with factories and update the information to Department Head and respective market In Charge Key Performance Indicators: • Reach the sales figures • Enhancing marketing activities in order to boost sales • Maintain records with PESAP PO data to PMMAFV PO data • Settlement with finance team for all activities conducted during a period • Timely approval & coordinating for market activities Major Tasks: • Sales & marketing activity analysis from each market • Order confirmation and PO creation to each domain • Coordinate for energy & lighting team • Logistics coordination and shipment confirmation with the factory • Payment follow up with customers and financial regulations • Creation of purchase requisition in SAP on monthly and quarterly basis • Checking invoices from factories for FOB pricing • New vendor and customer registration in the system • To update the GP sheet on monthly basis and track the marketing budget Knowledge Skills & Experience Required: • Ability to get work done smoothly • Coordination with all departments with professional outlook • Ability to grasp and learn new things and implement them • Report making in Excel by collecting and crunching the data Key Competencies: • Good communication skills • Analytical skills • Self motivated • Eagerness to learn Computer Skills: • Excellent in MS Office skills (MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook) Brief Overview of Compensation and Benefits: AED 10,300 + Other standard benefits + family status employment (allowance if married AED per month) + children education allowance (3-18yrs AED per child/ per month) + Medical insurance for self and family + yearly air fare for self and family + bonus (based on company performance) + 30 days annual leave Candidates who fit all the requirements mentioned and are interested in the role, please email your CVs to emmanuel.inc14@gmail with the job title in the email subject box.
