MAS Transport Not Delivering Service. The MAS airline management continues to neglect transportation service for their crew to work as per contract. The outsourcing was made many years back but the company fail to deliver their service. The existing transport company which MAS have paid millions is not delivering to their standards and expectations of the 3,000 MAS crew employees. Most crew were left by drivers and were told to proceed and find their way own way to KLIA. The National Union wants to know:- 1. Who are the owners of E Smart Cab company that is responsible and still being paid with huge contracts to send off and pick up crew members and why are they not delivering the service as per contract? 2. Why is MAS not exercising their rights to terminate the E Smart Cab Service company of their contract while they know the money spent was not worth a single cent 3. Why is MAS management being silent and still allowing the deservice by E Smart Cab company to continue with their contract in MAS Someone has to answer to these complaints made by the staffs. MAS has huge responsibility to their staffs welfare and safety especially for the Female Flight Attendants who were forced to take public transport after midnite arrivals. All these complaints have fallen on deaf ears as the crew continue to faced such problems with the company. The Cabin Crew management must answer to their crew staffs. Dont become ignorant on the safety issues of your employees. Act On It MAS!
