MASS FAILURE IN O LEVEL WAEC EXAM Over the years this trend of mass failure and downward spiral in the standard of education has been a constant phenomenal and we all pretend as if nothing serious is going on. Any problem that is not attended to on time will constitute a big and unbearable burden to the whole society at the long run. Our young ones begin to lose out gradually because we have a society that has lost everything that man can pride of and erosion of value, moral and ethical standard that have degenerated into abyss because we value the mundane things of life. I laugh when i hear people make pronouncement that youths are the future and leaders in the making, let me ask where is the future when it has been destroyed today through bad and poor standard of education, corruption,deception, wickedness and abnormalities going on in our society. Society and educational standard are going from good to bad because parents who are the first and real custodian of their children slept on duty, it continues when we have people who are not real teachers but people who need pay at the end of the month in all our schools and when governance become cash and carry. Something urgent and decisive have to be done on time or else right before our eyes we will begin to sell the future out cheaply and have no value to derive at the long run.
