Oh Dear What Can the Matter Be , 18 bollard covers locked in the lavatory, we dont know how, why or who it may have been, but all the fun yarn bomb covers are gooone All of the fun bollard yarn bomb covers made to entertain were stolen last night - hopefully the culprits will return them for all to enjoy. They are public art not toilet seat covers boys! The kidnappers left the message to Vote but there are 18 shivering bollards -perhaps they are keeping the kidnappers warm tonight!
