MASSES AND THE GOVERNMENTS AUSTERITY MEASURES The characteristic austerity measure imposed by the Nigerian ruling elites on the masses is getting more and more unbrookable. This is a clear evidence that the country is about to enter into a full blown revolutionary epoch in which positive changes in the life of working class and the poor will be brought about. The prevalent insecurity in almost every corner of the nation creates environment of uncertainty and intimidation in the people’s mind which causes them to withdraw the confidence they have reposed so far in the ruling bourgeoisies. Nowadays masses have realized the fact that the ruling bourgeoisies have no interest in depending their lives and properties and they have taken charge in doing so.
