MBAITOLU AND IKEDURU LGA PDP RALLY: THE TRAJECTORY OF SUCCESS The PDP gubernatorial campaign rally of Rt. Hon Sir Emeka Ihedioha her flag bearer touched the desolate and despondent land of Mbaitolu the home of the Deputy Governor of Imo state, Mr Eze Madumere, with a courtesy call to the 32 traditional rulers of Mbaitolu on the 24th January 2015. The meeting was dishearteningly revelatory of the deplorable state of the roads of the region, the total lack of access to drinkable water together with gross lack of human empowerment of this region but for the efforts of the Deputy Speaker of the Federation. The PDP flag bearer in a heartfelt and emotion laden speech, related his mission plan for the 2nd to the largest local government in Imo state with massive arable land and industrious people. He also made the people of this region to understand that an all inclusive government which he ushers in will not only obliterated poverty and backwardness of the region but will go a long way in balancing the equation of negligence which even their own son could not notice let alone lift a figure to address such anomaly. Nobody would like to take it kindly with the APC governor and his Deputy when he/she gets to know that this region brought the largest number of votes and the deciding votes at that and that the Deputy Governor hails from this local government. Could it be that the Deputy Governor went in there for some tutorials on kleptomania and ‘grab-mania’ tendencies perfection of his master Owelle Rochas Okorocha? Whatever be the case, the people of Mbaitolu suffers a terrible neglect from even her own son Eze Mmadumere who is only interested in amassing so much for himself alone as a visit to Mbieri will leave no one in doubt. But as unfortunate as the situation could be, it simply buttressed the fact that Ihedioha’s campaign and vociferous allusion of maladministration of Rochas Okorocha is simply an emphatic statement of factual truth. Yes, Sir Emeka Ihedioha was not only vindicated but highly cherished by the people of Mbaitolu for coming to see things for himself so as to know what worries them most. As for whether he will do something obviously positive, the people of this LGA were very confident that he will. After all, as a member of the hallowed chamber representing Aboh/Ngor Okpala Federal Constituency, he was able to bring some projects from the federal government down to the state with even Mbaitolu as a beneficiary. These include but not limited to human empowerment, water projects, road projects etc. The mammoth crowd that heralded his presence was never disappointed hearing from him but instead went home with solid resolve to massively vote for Chief Sir Ihedioha so that the truthfulness and impeccable honesty for which he is highly reputed would be brought to bear in the state and in the large local government at least for one more time since after the reign of DEE SAM MBAKWE whose first son ALEX MBAKWE officially joined the campaign train in the LGA under review. According to him and his brother from Okigwe senatorial zone Chief Tony Chukwu; every well meaning Imolite should not only join the train of Ihediohamma but should stop at nothing in propagating this new era. Be this as it may, it was in the endurance and perseverance of the people of Ikeduru LGA the home town of Chief Engr. Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu who was very ably present, that the trajectory of Ihedioha success was eventually launched as one of their sons in the person of Hon. Bethel Amadi not only joined the train officially but pledged an unalloyed support for the incorruptible morally impeccable Sir Emeka Ihedioha. The resolute and resilient Ikeduruans, who waited painstakingly for the arrival of the Chosen One simply formed the in-extinguishable fire of supersonic speed of flight for the successful but tears provoking rally. Yes, from the point of view of the magnificent turn-out, the patience, the maturity of Hon Bethel Amadi, the comportment of the People despite the late commencement, the earth quaking cannon salute, the sweet grammarian Zebudaya, the ever happy Godspower Nwagbara etc; all to show and say one thing RT HON SIR EMEKA IHEDIOHA, WE THE IKEDURUANS LOVE YOU AND WE SUPPORT YOU AS WE HAVE ALREADY VOTED YOU IN. Indeed, the incoming governor of Imo state, Sir Ome Nke Ahuru Anya as fondly called now has something like an aura call it charisma of angelic sweetness inherent in him. One needed to see the enthusiasm and zeal together with the fire of affectation glowing through the frenzied crowd, the glittering eyes of love and acceptance bequeathed gratuitously to him and his dovelike wife to agree more. This man will make love, peace, unity and progress hug Imolites very soon something that has eluded them for so long. VOTE SIR EMEKA IHEDIOHA, FOR JOY TO SPREAD THROUGH THE LAND. VOTE SIR EMEKA IHEDIOHA, FOR THE PROGRESS OF IMO STATE VOTE. SIR EMEKA IHEDIOHA FOR A PROPER INTEGRATION OF IMO STATE INTO THE MAIN STREAM POLITICS OF NIGERIA. SIR EMEKA IHEDIOHA IS THE PANACEA TO MALADMINISTRATION.
