To promote all sorts of dance music in Macau S.A.R. 本會為非牟利團體。宗旨為推動跳舞音樂在澳門特別行政區的發展。 The spontaneous linkage of casinos to Macau has been the first reaction at the utterance of our city. Along the decade, this tiny city has been awakened, and had gone through the transformation from a coturnix to a sparkling phoenix. The city’s rapid economic growth provided new opportunities for professionals from all over the world, thus raising our living standards with the entertainment industry boom. Yet, local musical talents are deprived of performance opportunity at professional stage. MDMA (Macau Dance Music Association), founded in 30th November 2012, aims to establish a firm network of local creatives in attempt to provide a platform for them to perform locally and internationally in prestigious club parties, art and cultural events. MDMA is composed of “Dance Music” enthusiasts, who are eager to promote electronic dance music, its scene and culture to local people. Our aim is to gather and discover all established Pro DJs, bedroom DJs, new blood DJs, Music Producers and Live Acts that Macau has to offer, in hope to expand regular high ranked performance opportunity. We believe that our association can take the local music scene to another level, and one of our projects is to organize an “Annual Electronic/Digital Music Festival”, which would definitely be an iconic event of Macau.
