MDOT CHANGES WEIGHT LIMITS The Mississippi Department of Transportation today announced that the posted weight limits for the following four bridges located on Highway 32 in Tallahatchie County have been raised to 12 tons for tandem axle trucks. • Bridge No. 43.1 at Williams Lake • Bridge No. 43.5 at Blue Slough • Bridge No. 49.1 at McQuirter Bayou • Bridge No. 49.5 at Tippo Bayou MDOT noted that its personnel recently evaluated the posted weight limits during routine bridge inspections.
