ME-OWWW!!! Happy Meowunday !!! It was a very busy weekend...lots to meow about...and I am sorry I am taking so long. The talking machine was acting like an annoyed kittie...all hissy and stuff and all my meowing went away!!! So, here I am starting all over again!!! Our Sunday Purrayer Service was a bit longer ...there have been so many new arrivals to the Bridge which means a lot of sad families that are missing them...so we purrayed really hard and long for all of the families that had to see their Furkids journey to the Bridge. I do want to tell mew all about the pawsome Wing School Graduation Ceremony that we had! All the graduates were smiling and purring and were so happy and proud! For the special ceremony, all the girl kitties had gold and white headbands made by Princess Tara and the boy kitties had gold and white collars made by Annabella. Of course Uncle Hiram, Cousin Thomas and Scar were up on the high cloud ready to call out the names of the graduates so they could fly up and get their certificate. Uncle Hiram called the names, and Cousin Thomas and Scar handed out the certificates....First came Smiley (and he was smiling), then Taggie (who could be heard saying I did it Mommy!), then Snaggles name was called and she made a nice delicate landing, then Butlers name was called and he held his head up so high and proud...then it was Kodaks turn and the Black Cat crew cheered very loud for him...then Uncle Hiram called Tobys name, but he wouldnt fly up until Sherlocks name was called to (they are close brofurs)...so Uncle Hiram called Sherlocks name too! Next was Muffin who was waving to her furriends as she flew up...then Angel Girlys name was called and she couldnt stop purring, and then the last graduate was my sweet Jolyn and she was carrying the flowers I gave her and blew me a kiss...sigh:))) Everyone then stood all together and we all clapped and cheered for them. But...there was one more announcement to come! Cousin Thomas and Scar got up to tell us all who was the overall best kitty of this Wing Class! We couldnt wait to hear who it was and they were really taking a long time!!! I think they did that on purpose!!! Then, finally...they announce that it was Kodak that came out on top!!! Well...we all cheered and clapped and when Kodak flew down we all ran over to congratulate him!!! I have to say that I am really happy for him..Kodak had it rough and yukky humans were really mean to him...he had a home to go to but the bad shelter humans sent him to the Bridge anyway. Well, now he is a happy kitty with a lot of furriends and is so well liked! After the ceremony it was on to the party. Hobbes and Callie got up and put on a little dance show (they are so good) for us all...Lubb got up and put on a show of Greek dances, and then Scottie the Rock Star Cat got up too and they all sang. Then we all joined in to dance and eat and just have fun! Saturday was also the wedding of Angel Girl and Spot the Seizure Cat! Angel Girl was given a special pass to go and get married to her one and only....Gods Special Angel had a lot to do with that...we all got to watch a bit from the Railing, and we all had wet fur from crying happy tears for them both. Angel Girl is back here at the Bridge and very happy! I have lots more to meow about, but Uncle Hiram is giving me the eye. We had a very special ceremony last night for another Doggie that served his country in the war...Sgt Beyco, Jamie and Rocky was in charge of getting everything ready for his climb.....so I will tell you all about it and this amazing Doggie hero named MWD Jukon USAF, Retired....after I do what Uncle Hiram wants..and of course have some dinner...heehee... Hug your Furkids and dont forget to look up!! Love and Purrs, Angel Clark xoxox
