ME just got her daddys extra butt kicking cells. Now we wait 4 hrs then we leave!!Woo hoo!!ME said she didnt care if it was midnight she wasnt spending even one more night in a hospital bed. We still have a long road ahead but we are so happy for this milestone! ME will be on isolation for a couple more weeks if her symptoms dont show anything sickness wise. This means she cant leave her Target room except to go to clinic. And we have to robe and mask up and not have any visitors. We even have to enter the hospital through special doors. She wants to see her brother and sister next weekend for her birthday but we will have to see if we can get special permission. These kids have such a weak immune system for such a long time after these transplants and it is just not worth putting them in danger. For them exposure to germs can lead to hospital stays and even death. It is all overwhelming and happy at the same time to be going somewhere besides the hospital as a family. We will certainly miss our nurses and other staff but we promise to come and VISIT only!Thank you for the prayers!!! Psalm 71:14 But I will hope continually and will praise you yet more and more.
