MEASURE 92 UPDATE--HUGE GAIN! Clatsop, Marney, and-- Multnomah! report in this afternoon. We gain 2665 votes to pull within a miniscule 1484 votes. Percentages jump to 49.95-50.05. We are now well within Recount Range! Still no report from Lane county. Depending on efforts there to bring in contested votes, this could come down to... Lane has almost exactly half as many voters as Multnomah. If Multnomah pulled in the entire 2665 vote difference, and Clatsop and Marney were negligible (Marney is not even on the voter lists, only the reporting status list?), then Lane could pull 1/2 of that, which is: 1332. Which is a margin of 151 votes. But Lane could do better than that, if volunteers went hard after the contested votes. Or it could do worse, since the voting percentage was less than Multnomahs, 57% Yes to 62% Yes. At this point, Any county reporting in could swing the outcome. Maybe Multnomah is not even finished with all reporting? Breath-taking suspense.
