MEDIA ADVISORY - Marshall Center conducts annual Seminar on Regional Security GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, Germany -- The George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, a joint US-German partnership located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, will conduct the Seminar on Regional Security here from Jan. 27 to Feb. 14. The Seminar on Regional Security provides national security professionals from within the Marshall Center’s area of responsibility with a comprehensive over-view on security dynamics and conflict resolution strategies within the European-Eurasian region. It does so by using case studies in which regional crises as a result of violent conflict occurred. There are 45 participants scheduled to attend from the following 33 countries: Afghanistan, Australia, Azerbaijan, Albania, Armenia, Bahamas, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Georgia, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, South Korea, Tajikistan, Turkey, Ukraine, United States and Uzbekistan.
