MEDIA PHOTO OPPORTUNITY: Rotary Club of Stuart-Sunrise to kick off ‘Be a Tourist in Stuart’ raffle to support college scholarships for local students WHO: The Rotary Club of Stuart-Sunrise will be hosting a launch party for its new fundraising raffle called ‘Be a Tourist in Stuart.’ The raffle is made possible through community donations as well as the support of sponsors such as Scripps Treasure Coast Newspapers. WHAT: The Rotary Club is hosting members of the public, donors and sponsors for a launch party to kick off ticket sales for the inaugural ‘Be a Tourist in Stuart’ raffle, which already offers an impressive grand prize package for two. The prize package may be viewed at Stuart-SunriseRotary.org and the list of food, recreation, entertainment and other luxuries will continue to grow as Rotarians accept donations from many other companies, retail establishments, and local tourist attractions to add to the value of the raffle prize. A total of 200 raffle tickets will be available for purchase for $100 each. The drawing will be held on October 10, 2014 at the ClubCorp Classic at the Monarch Country Club in Palm City.
