MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVES – 1x East Rand / 1 x West Rand We need high energy candidates, that are focused and strive on success, are target driven and could create a demand for all products in our portfolio (not just chasing the movers). This candidate will be reporting into a Regional Sales Manager. The suitable candidate will be responsible for demand creation and selling of the complete product portfolio.The remuneration package (salary plus car allowance) is budgeted at R25,000.00 per month. It is important to have the last pay slip available, as well as proof of commission earned. This International Medical equipment company sells into the hospitals and clinics, and this implies calling on Hospital managers, Pharmacy Managers, Clinical engineers, Unit managers. ICU and nursing staff is the end users of the products, and training and demonstrations will be done to them. The portfolio covers the Private – and Public sector in the area. Present clinical evidence to customers with a clear understanding and clinical knowledge. Perform in-service training with: wards, doctors, private nurse practitioners, etc. Liaise with procurement personnel in all sectors (private and public) Evaluations in different hospital wards. Initiate and evaluate ‘case studies’ for PHD. Build strong relationships with customers that are clinically focused. Complete weekly planners, cycle planners & weekly reports. Weekly - , Monthly - , Quarterly - and annual forecasts. Congress attendance and after hour assistance with clients and/or patients. EXPERIENCE Should have 2 years experience of selling Planning, product selling and relationship building with emphasis on communications, and interpersonal skills. Existing territory management experience. Field service and prior training experience a plus.
