MEDITATION vs NOW PRACTICE - #Yoga, #Zen, #Transcendental, #Taoist, #Mindfulness and #Tibetan are the most commonly known forms of meditation. All of these forms are superlatively capable of enlightening and transforming human beings. That said, all these forms are mystical, use esoteric language and have religious implications. It is for these reasons the average person does not meditate and unfortunately never gets to experience the happiness, peace of mind and contentment meditation bestows. To better inspire and encourage the practice of meditation I had to find a way around these obstacles. At the core of all meditative forms is a formula. This formula has been used for thousands of years to free us from our thought dominated reality so we can live as ourselves peacefully and happily in the here and now of our lives. What can be more practical than that? Yes, NOW PRACTICE is meditation, however its #meditation without all the baggage.
