MEET AN ARTIST! Félix Jiménez Velando Felix is a writer from Spain. He published two books in 2012: - Te vas a reír cuando te lo cuente, book of short stories published by the publiser La Página Ediciones. -Calcetines, novel for children published by Editorial Bambú. He was a lecturer in FUNDEO, an important cultural foundation dedicated to the defense of the Castilian language and has been working as a screenwriter in television since 1999, for some of the most important television companies in Spain, including an Argentinian soap opera adaptation and a cartoon pilot for Disney Spain. He has worked on three television series that have won the Ondas Award, the most important award in Spain television. They were the sitcom “7 vidas”, the dramedy “Física o Química” and the comedy show “Las noticias del guiñol”. At the moment he is working on a successful television dramedy called “El secreto de Puente Viejo” that airs on Spain, Italy, Chile, Poland and other countries.
