MEET Shannon Hanly!!!! I am so excited to have Shannon joining the Staff of METRO this semester. She brings so much to our academy and I know you will all just love her!!! Please welcome SHANNON to the METRO Family! Shannon Hanly Dance Instructor Shannon Hanly is a Bay Area California native and recently moved to Portland, OR. Shannon has over 25 years of dance experience ranging in styles of jazz, modern, ballet, contemporary, bollywood, West African, tap, tumbling, hip hop and more. Holding a BA in Dance from SJSU, Shannon has focused on the foundation and education of dance for the last 8 years. She has worked with San Jose Children’s Musical Theater, multiple NBA dance teams, and has had her choreography featured on America’s Got Talent and at President Barack Obama’s Inaugural Ball. She strives to inspire, educate and build students’ confidence through dance. Shannon is extremely excited to be working alongside Noah Scott to enhance Metropolitan Performing Arts Academy students!
