MEET XANDER!! Remember Xander??? Here he is NOW!!!! He came in weighing only 11 pounds, but now he is a a healthy 27 pounds!!! He required extensive (and expensive!) surgery to repair a condition called Persistent Right Aortic Arch that resulted in a constricted esophagus that caused him to regurgitate anything he ate! It’s been repaired, he’s recovered, and he now keeps everything down!!! And guess what? He’s FINALLY available for adoption!!!!!!! Interested applicants should first come meet him and then fill out an application (available at the shelter or on our website). This lil guy has had quite the ordeal, but he has survived it all with a lovable personality, a charming character and of course the willingness to give everyone around him TONS of puppy kisses!!!
