MEETING AGENDA for 8/21/13: 7:00pm OPENING PRAYER 7:05pm MEETING IS OPENED - Introduction of members in attendance and guests 7:20pm NEW BUSINESS: - Pro Life Baby Bottle Coin Collection at all masses during October - Introduction of retired school teacher and counselor: she will be joining us at each meeting and will be available to both Angels and Mothers to answer questions and give professional guidance as necessary. She will take questions at approximately 8:20 this evening. Please make her feel welcome as a new member of our group. Her guidance will make our jobs easier. 7:45pm OLD BUSINESS: - Gabriel Project Training on Saturdays 8-24 and 9-7 - Outcome of plans for scrapbooking/ice cream social and Maternity Clothing Give Away - Clothing sorting & folding by Diocese TLC group - Progress of Knights of Columbus Baby Bottle Coin Collection and Magnificat Baby Bottle Coin Collection 8:20pm Q&A: - Counselor will take questions from the members. Refreshments will be available, please feel free to bring cookies, etc. to share.
