MEGA CHIT FUND SCAM IN ODISHA AND ODISHA ENFORCEMENT DIRECTORATE. Can the same advocate become the council of one accused person & Complainant in the same case? Dear All Honourable Supreme Court has directed Central Bureau Investigation (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate(ED) to investigate the Mega Chit Fund Scam in Odisha in case No. WP (c) 413 of 2013 in which Sri Alok Jena is the petitioner. As all of you know that we have already expose the link between councils of CBI and accused persons in Mega Chit Fund Scam in Odisha and already we have submitted in written to CBI Director to appoint new councils for CBI in Odisha to conduct investigation smoothly. Now Councils appointed in Enforcement Directorate (ED) of Odisha are suspected to be either involved in Chit Fund Scam or having relation with the accused person who are directly involved in this mega scam. For you kind information Enforcement Directorate (ED) Council of Odisha named Advocate Devashis Panda has applied for Anticipatory Bail in Honourable High Court of Odisha on 13.10.2014 ( BLAPL 20533 of 2014) by expecting his arrest by CBI as he is involved in Mega Chit Fund Scam in Odisha. The same advocate is the council of accused persons in Mega chit fund Scam who have either applied for regular bail / anticipatory bail/some other cases related to Chit fund Scam in Honourable High court of Odisha and the details are given bellow:- 1. DSP Pramod Kumar Panda of Crime Branch, Odisha who has applied for Anticipatory Bail in Honourable High Court of Odisha last week (BLAPL 19817 of 2014) who’s house was raided by CBI in past in connection with the Mega Chit Fund Scam in Odisha. 2. Advocate Durga Prasad Dhal (week (BLAPL 20656 of 2014). 3. Pradeep Kumar Sethy,Chief managing Director of Arthatatwa Chit Fund Company week (WPCRL 333 of 2014). Being a citizen of India by excising the article 51A of Constitution of India 1949 I have intimated this information to Dr. Ranjan Katoch, Joint Director (Admin), Enforcement Directorate, New Delhi by Email on 17.10.2014 to take necessary action without fail to conduct the investigation smoothly.
