MELBOURNE LATE NIGHT SHOPPING EVENT FRIDAY DECEMBER 5TH Melbourne Assembly Rooms (MARs) in South Derbyshire are holding a Xmas Fair to tie in with the Late Night Shopping event being run by the Parish Council which traditionally attracts many, many people to the centre of town. All looking to browse, shop and buy, the event is promoted and advertised widely and also attracts many visitors from outside of Melbourne. Would you be interested in having a stall at MARs to sell your products? The basic cost for x 4 wide and 2 depth stand is £5, 2 stands £10 and so on. We plan to open from 5 to 9 pm on the evening with setting up from 1pm. Each stand area will be supplied if required with tables (4 x 2) and chairs. All stands will be in our Main Hall. We will also run a bar / cafe operation with entertainment at MARs to encourage people in, get them to stay a while and buy your products. If anyone is booked in for the Gift Fair on the next day, organised by Sheila Hicklin, we will make arrangements for you to be able to leave your stock on site if you want to do that.
