MEMBER SHOUTOUT | Meet Michelina - one of our awesome members who is the definition of no excuses! 25 years ago Michelina was in a car accident that left her with severe spinal injuries that means she requires the use of a wheelchair. A wheelchair wont slow her down tho - check out a snippet of one of Michelinas training sessions with Performance Coach Kieran Hall, involving sprints, dumbbell shoulder presses, medicine ball throws, boxing and more (and she goes HARD!). Michelina also takes part in Pound and Zumba classes, and dabbles in a spot of boxing. Keep up the fantastic training Michelina - motivation plus right there!
