MENTAL HEALTH NOTE: may be you say ITS NOT THAT EASY!!! Thats the 1st problem! You are convinced that its so difficult you cant see the light at the end of the tunnel. May be you say YOU JUST DONT UNDERSTAND!!! 2nd problem, you are convinced that you are the only one in the world with that particular issue. May be you say, IM NOT LIKE YOU ...3rd problem, you perceived that someone suggest you be like them Folks, do you see where Im going with this!!??!!? Most times in life our progress and productivity is delayed due to a deficiency in positive thinking. Yes mamm & sir, we must choose: either you believe you will make it through or you dont. The issue is: OUR OWN THINKING....CONDITION OF OUR MINDS! We all have issues or circumstances that are present in our life. Some of us have 2-10 personalities that we we apply to accommodate the variety of diverse situations we are in, then have the audacity to blame God for all the problems which occurred from us portraying false images of ourselves . No no no, that aint gonna work boo! Some of us conciously choose the mind games in life, flipping, flopping, hopping, bouncing, boomeranging all over the place ushering anxiety in our hearts from daily living styles WE CHOOSE, then have the audacity to blame God!!! Let me tell ya straight up...when you eat off multiple tables, you are liable to end up eating something you can not digest and your mind cant handle! Hazardous lifestyles lead to nervous breakdowns! You know what and who needs to be removed from your life! Honey that snake has been a snake, you just dressed it up in your mind like a harmless little lamb! That hang out that was cool has been ratchet, your flesh just gets a kick out bad company thats now taking a toll on your mind, heart and health. No more excuses! If it looks like a duck, walks like duck and sounds like a duck then QUACK QUACK!! The time is now for you to decide what your life will become! All those people you are pretending to be, while performing & entertaining with all those people who mean you know good, its time for a separation. If I cant be me then I dont need those folks!!!! Katrina has to be able be K.A.T.R.I.N.A with all her array of colors yet pleasing to God with who I am! Nope, i aint perfect, yes Im purposed!!
