MESSAGE FROM THE ITF PROMOTIONS CHAIRMAN In line with ITF Promotions guidelines, please ensure that all promotion requests for 4th Degree and above are directed to the Promotions Committee for approval. A copy of the approval email should be sent to ITF Administration when submitting certificate requests. An application for a senior promotion without first obtaining approval from the Promotions Committee may be referred to the Disciplinary Committee. Please note that the theses titles for 4th Degree and above promotions are to be one of the following three: 1. What ITF is and what it means to me 2. Why I would like to be promoted 3.
