MESSAGE TO ANYONE WHO LIKES TO GO OUT TO EAT: As most people dont know almost every chain Restaraunt requires servers to tip out a percentage of sales to hosts, bussers, food runners, etc... Now typically this isnt a big deal. However, when you DO NOT tip your server, they pay out of their pocket for you to sit and have a nice meal while they run around and bust their ass for you to get you everything you need. That being said, MOST of your servers that you will come across either have kids, are in school, or both. They are just doing their best with what they have and trying their hardest to beg for pennies and dimes from people who like to blow money. now to the lady tonight who decided to complain to my manager and NOT tip me. i hope you feel better about yourself knowing that you are now educated that i paid money out of my families pocket to pay for your nice little meal.
