METAMORPHOSIS (Excerpts from Devotional Box - a daily devotional by Dr. Isaiah & Lianna Wealth) * * * 4th November, 2014. * * * TITLE:. INCUBATE YOUR EGG SCRIPTURAL TEXT: ( Proverbs 12:27 ) “ The slothful man roasteth not that which he took in hunting: but the substance of a diligent man is precious.” * * * About ten months ago when the year 2014 began, certain aspirations or projects were topmost on your priority list. Perhaps, those were ideas, businesses or endeavours you conceived in your heart as worthy of being pursued. Have they materialized? Or have you abandoned them like the slothful man in our text today? Your dream is like an egg that must be incubated before a chick can emerge from it. The mother hen not only broods upon her eggs, she does so consistently for a period of 21 days, completely shutting out every distraction. Moreso, for your dream to come to fruition, you must consistently give it the attention and investment it requires over the necessary period of time. An on-and-off approach only snuffs life out of that dream. Therefore, if you would achieve anything worthwhile from your business endeavour, relationships and aspirations, you must now begin to invest duly in them. It is an error to expect much from what you have given so little attention. It is not too late to shove aside everything that had distracted you from investing your energy, time and resources into that dream or aspiration. Get back to incubating your egg now. * * * ISAIAH PROPHESIES: Let every of your dream materialise now in Jesus name. * * * ACTION POINTS DO THIS: Devote more of your time to thinking on your dreams and seek the help of the Holy Spirit to bring them to reality. * * * SAY THIS: I decree and I declare that all that my hands find to do produces result. * * * STUDY YOUR BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: DANIEL 8&9, JOHN 11, PROVERBS 8 * * * CHRISTIAN MISSION FOCUS ALGERIA With a 97% muslim population, 85% of Algerians are unreached with the Gospel but faith is growing among Arabs. New fellowships are popping up. Their youths are frustrated and disillusioned but they make up the largest population in Algeria and amongst them are the majority of the Christians. * * * PRAY FOR ALGERIA: We are praying that the Christians in Algeria will shine as light in all that they do causing many others to be attracted to Christ. * * * STARTUP PRAYER: Dear Lord, I pray for grace to see through every idea you have given me in Jesus name. * * * PRAYER OF CONSECRATION Oh Lord my God, I thank you for my year so far. I consecrate my plans to you. Do not let me fall short of what you have for me this year.
