I hope that we hear very soon that hes all right. 12.24pm BST Marussia driver Jules Bianchi is undergoing surgery after suffering a severe head injury at the Japanese Grand Prix, the FIA has announced. He will be moved to intensive care afterwards. 12.19pm BST Bianchi, who drives for Marussia, was injured after his car appeared to strike a vehicle attending another accident on the track. That other car was Adrian Sutils who had gone gone off on lap 43. The race marshals were attending his car with a crane standing at the side of the track. Bianchi appeared to go off the track at the same corner as Sutil and he reportedly hit the recovery vehicle. He has since been taken to the medical centre for treatment and then to hospital. 12.14pm BST Jules Bianchi is in hospital after a serious crash during the Japanese Grand Prix.
