MH17 AMS - KUL UPDATES DAY 87! 1. While investigation is still ongoing, more questions have been asked if the information released to the public was credible. 2. Yesterday, there were claims that Ukraine has secretly receiving investigation data. It was revealed after their system was hacked into. 3. Ukraine was part of USSR which broke away to gain independent and has the support of European Union and US. 4. The Ukraine rebels however have the support of Russia. 5. With that conflicts investigation into why MH17 was brought down has become more difficult and complicated. 6. Recent reports revealed that some accusations against the Ukraine rebels and Russia were not true. 7. For example some of the alleged evidence showing the rebels tampering the crash site were actually photographs extracted from news reports videos. They were taken out of context to suite the accusations. 8. The earliest report on the crash site as compared to later reports were found to be different. 9. Reporter who was first to enter the crash site reported that they cockpit was shot from both site with bullets. It concludes that the pilots were targeted. 10. This report is similar to that from the Russia that there was a Ukraine fighter jet present before MH17 was shot down. 11. If the plane was indeed taken down by a surface to air BUK missile, the marks on the wreckage would have been different. 12. Later reports showed that the wreckage has been tampered. 13. Russia has all along backed up their defense or accusation about the presence of the jet fighter with the radar data. They also request the US to release satellite data of the area during the period when MH17 went down. US however did not respond. 14. Another question to be asked would be what would be the motive of bringing down MH17? Who would benefit from the whole episode?
