MHRM Kelaniya Professional Fiesta – Dialogic Interaction with HR Personalities” කැලණිය විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේදී කැලණිය විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ මානව සම්පත් අධ්‍යයන අංශයේ MHRM Kelaniya මඟින් සංවිධානය කළ —MHRM Kelaniya Professional Fiesta˜– Dialogic Interaction with HR Personalities” දෙසැම්බර් මස 14 වැනි දින වාණිජ හා කළමනාකරණ අධ්‍යයන පීඨ රැස්වීම් ශාලාවේදී පැවැත්විණ. මානව සම්පත් කළමණාකරණ ක‍්‍රමවේදය පිළිබඳ දැනුම ලබා ගැනීම සහ එහි නූතන ප‍්‍රවණතා පිළිබඳ දැනුම වැඩිදියුණු කිරීමේ අරමුණ ඇතුව සංවිධානය කරන ලද මෙම අවස්ථාවට ප‍්‍රධාන ආරාධිත අමුත්තන් ලෙස MAS ආයතනයෙහි නියෝජ්‍ය සාමාන්‍යාධිකාරි අජිත් සියඹලාපිටිය මහතා, ESQUEL GROUP හි මානව සම්පත් කළමණාකරු ඉන්දික ගමගේ මහතා, Lanka Wall Tiles PLC හි මානව සම්පත් කළමණාකරු අතුල හේවාපතිරණ මහතා සහ ශ‍්‍රී ලංකා පදනම් ආයතයෙහි උපදේශක සමන්ත රත්නායක මහතා සහභාගී විය. MHRM හි සම්බන්ධීකාරක ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ කථිකාචාර්ය ආචාර්ය ඞීී. යූ මොහාන් මහතාගේ මඟපෙන්වීම යටතේ පැවති මෙම අවස්ථාවට, මානව සම්පත් අධ්‍යයන අංශයේ මානව සම්පත් කළමණාකරණ උපාධිය හදාරන විද්‍යාර්ථීන් රැුසක් සහභාගී වූහ. MHRM Kelaniya Professional Fiesta Dialogic Interaction with HR Personalities at University of Kelaniya MHRM Kelaniya Professional Fiesta: Dialogic Interaction with HR Personalities organised by MHRM Kelaniya of the Department of Human Resource Management of the University of Kelaniya was held on 14th December, 2014 at the Faculty Boardroom. The objectives of the programme was to discuss the development of human resource management methods and current trends in HR. The Chief Guests of the event were Mr. Ajith Siyambalapitiya, Assistant General Manager, MAS Holdings pvt. Ltd; Mr. Indika Gamage, HR Manager, ESQUEL group; Mr. Athula Hewapathirana, HR Manager, Lanaka Wall tiles PLC and Mr. Samantha Rathnayaka, Consultant, Academic Affairs. This event was held under the guidance of the Senior Lecturer Dr. D.U. Mohan, Coordinator MHRM programme of the University of Kelaniya, and many undergraduates of the Department of Human Resource Management also participated in the programme.
