MICRONATIONS AGAINST the PROLIFERATION of PROFANITY ( The M.A.P.P. Treaty ) Noting that profanity degrades and diminishes professional discussions and debates between individuals and MicroGovts, and reflects a lower level of intellect between individuals and institutions; Nothing that profanity produces less than positive results whenever used in place of proper protocol, dignity, and decorum within public and private exchanges; Noting that profanity results from the inability for some individuals to communicate in a more personable and professional manner; Therefore, with the intentions of producing more positive communications between individuals and institutions associated with micronationalism, and with the hopes that such intentions prove to meet or exceed expectations, we the representatives of the following MicroGovts listed below, do ordain and establish the "Micronations Against the Proliferation of Profanity", which shall now and forevermore be refered to simply as the "M.A.P.P. Treaty of 2013"; whereby, the Micovts that sign this agreement do hereby pledge to publicly and privately promote positive skills of communicating between the citizens and institutions within their respective spheres-of-influence.
