MID-NITE CRY; 3/24/14;; LUKE.4:1-13;;;; As I said JESUS didnt use HIS heavenly power as GOD but was filled with the HOLY GHOST & operated by the fullness in HIM;;; We are to operate the same way;;; We can operate in the fullness like HE did because in HIM=(JESUS);;; dwells the fullness of the Godhead & we are complete in HIM;;; COLOSSIANS.2:9-10;;; JESUS was led of the SPIRIT;;; HE did only what HE saw the FATHER do;;; That is how we are to walk too;;; being led of the SPIRIT;;; Matter of fact the 1st. thing happened to HIM was that the SPIRIT led HIM into the wilderness;;; to be tempted of the devil;;; After HE had fasted 40 days HE was weak & hungry;;; satan came & tempted HIM with food;;; the devil loves to hit below the belt;;; but JESUS SAID TO him (IT IS WRITTEN);;; Man doesnt live by bread alone;;; BUT BY EVERY WORD THAT COMES OUT OF THE MOUTH OF GOD;;; Then satan came to HIM a 2nd. time & tried to get HIM to worship him;;; but again JESUS said ;;; GET the behind ME satan for it is written;;; Thou shalt worship the LORD THY GOD & HIM ONLY;;; SHALT THOU SERVE;;; & AGAIN satan came to JESUS & brought JESUS to a pinnacle & told HIM if you be the SON of GOD cast yourself down & the angels will bear you up lest you dash your foot against a stone;;; This time JESUS got really forceful with satan & said ;;;GET THEE HENCE=(GET OUT OF HERE devil);;;it is written;;; IT IS WRITTEN THOU SHALT NOT TEMPT THE LORD THY GOD;;; IN EACH INSTANCE JESUS SAID(( IT IS WRITTEN));; IN THE LAST INSTANCE JESUS CAST commanded satan to leave HIM;;; JESUS OVER CAME satan by the SPIRIT;;; If HE had not been led of the SPIRIT then the flesh=((the human part of would have failed;;; It was the same in the garden of GETHSEMANE;;; The flesh part of Jesus didnt want to go to die on the cross;;; MATT.26:36-44;;; BUT the SPIRIT prevailed;;; So now you know why you have to have that ACTS.1:8 BAPTISM;;; SO YOU CAN HAVE THE STRENGTH TO WALK THRU ALL THINGS EVEN UNTO DEATH;;; CAN YOU DRINK OF THE CUP JESUS DRANK FROM REV.12:11;;; THINK ON THESE THINGS;;; IN HIS SERVICE;;; JOHN
