MIKES RECIPE TIP: Ranch Dressing Try this and you may never visit that expensive Hidden Valley again. 1/4 Teaspoon of garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder 1 Teaspoon of Parsley flakes.(Dollar Store brands work fine.) 2 Tablespoons EACH of sour cream and mayonnaise. Thats the basic recipe, but adjust it and jazz it up as YOU like. The fun thing about dips and dressings is making them YOUR own. I like to add a little cracked black pepper to mine - and/or celery seed. BEST thing is that you make it as you need it. NO half-bottles of yucky stuff taking it space in the fridge. AND, there are no chemicals or preservatives. I make ALL my own dips, dressings and sauces from simple, cheap ingredients. One day, I may write a cookbook. :->
