MILITARY PARENTS: Mentoring Works Washington (a statewide non-profit) invites military parents to participate in focus groups as part of a Dept. of Education -funded study. The groups will help the organization develop a strategic model for school-based mentoring that reflects the needs and preferences of the military community. Parents are invited to take part in focus group sessions Feb. 10 or 11 in Olympia, WA. Afternoon and evening sessions will be offered - groups meet for approx. 90 minutes, and each participant will receive $25 for their time.
