MILLENNIUM GALA RESULTS & WORKSHOP DATES Last night saw our junior team swim in the Millennium gala at Wombourne. We had 9 new and very nervous swimmers, competing in their first gala for the club. Overall we performed very well, with some exceptional performances being swum. The final results were: 1st Wombourne Gold 259 2nd Warley WASPS 216 3rd Broadway 213 4th Heath Town 131 5th Wombourne Black 124 6th Wolves Masters 88 WORKSHOP DATES We will be holding a number of starts, turns, diving certificates (where necessary), and takeover workshops throughout the year. These will be held on a Saturday at Smethwick Swimming Centre from 3:30-5:00 p.m. and are open to all swimmers from Junior Transition to Seniors and Masters. The sessions are at no additional cost. Date: Saturday 28th Februrary Saturday 23rd May Saturday 5th September Saturday 3rd October Saturday 21st November Others may be added earlier on in the year.
