MILLERSBURG- (Daniel Confer) Daniel J. Confer, Jr., age 20 , of 184 W. Center St. passed away on August 24th, 2013 in Halifax as a result of a vehicular accident. He was born in Lock Haven, PA the son of Tiffany Miller and her husband Aaron of Millersburg and Daniel Confer, Sr. and his wife Annie of Drifting, PA. Daniel was a graduate of Dauphin County Vo-Tech and worked at British Masonry and Restoration in Halifax. Surviving in addition to his parents are two brothers, Blaine Confer and Caleb Shenuski; three sisters, Leahbelle Miller, Tatricia and Morgan Confer; maternal grandparents Karen Dietz of Dillsburg and Gary Munro, Sr. (Sharon) of Mill Hall; paternal grandmother Dorothy Karchner of Beach Creek, PA; maternal great grandparents Edgar and Dorothy Munro of Mill Hall and William and Nell Dietz of Maryland. The family will receive friends on Friday Aug. 30 from 11 am to Noon at the Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home in Millersburg. Services will begin at Noon with burial to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Millersburg. There will be a gathering for family and friends after the burial at MYO Park in Millersburg.
