MINERALS The group of nutrients that is gravely missing in the modern diet, and could be pinpointed as the cause of many diseases. It is easy to fill in your daily requirements of vitamins, carbohydrates, fats proteins, and even enzymes probably from the modern diet, but no matter what you do, you will still be missing many critical MINERALS, for one main reason: THE SOIL WHERE PLANTS ARE GROWN 1. Half a decade ago, our soil still had at least 16 crucial minerals. 2. Today, our soil has barely 3 minerals, and these minerals are there UNNATURALLY because of the most popular fertilizer-blend used by farmers called NPK (nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium). This is put on the soil primarily for the plant to grow, and NOT for the nutrition that the plant could give for creatures that eat them! What happened to our soil?
