MINI WORKOUT MONDAY!!! Todays workout has a little of everything...cardio, core, arms, legs, back, shoulders...have a mat and a pair of light dumbbells for your first round of this workout. If you can go up in weight for the second round, do so, as long as your form stays impeccable. There are some advanced variations in the workout, if you need modifications, please go to the VCNfitness youtube channel to locate the specific exercise for modifications. Or please comment or message me with questions. Challenge yourself to do this workout 2 or 3 times through...or do last weeks mini workout plus this weeks for a full body workout.
