MINUTES OF CNNHS BATCH ’85 MEETING HELD ON SUNDAY AUGUST 31, 2014 AT SEATTLES BEST, GREENBELT, MAKATI CITY. Angelica Paita • Reyes, Andrea Palad • Saman, Luis • Seeping, Leonilita • Rafael, Hazel • Crescini, Ramon • Manuel, Lilibeth Najera • Orias, Arnel • Ragragio, Verna David • Hicaro, Gemma Vasquez • Canuto, Ariel Approval of Minutes: Motion : To approve minutes from 1st Manila Group meeting Vote : Unanimous approval Resolved : The minutes of the August 3, 2014 meeting are corrected and entered into the Batch ’85 records. The following were discussed: 1. Date of reunion – April 04, 2015 or December 30, 2015 ( depends on the survey from batch mates especially for those coming from other countries) 2. Ms. Verna D. Ragragio suggested TERRACE GRILLE for the reunion venue ( Daet Group will scout preferable and affordable venue that can accommodate at least 200 persons) 3. The amount of contributions for the reunion were discussed and the following figures were suggested: a. Manila based P3,000.00 or up b. Daet based 300.00 (minimum but you can add higher and this is not compulsory, batch mates can join the reunion even without contribution) c. Abroad based (pledge) Naning, Mahang, and Babette will contact other batch mates working abroad. Meeting adjourned at exactly 3:40 P.M. Next meeting is scheduled on October 4 & 5, 2014 at Engr. Arnel Orias residence at Tokyo Mansions, Sta. Rosa. Laguna.
