MINUTES OF UROMI-UZEA SOLIDARITY MOVEMENT.MEETING HELD AT REV.EBOR J. O.’S RESIDENCE ON THE 12TH OF OCTOBER, 2014 OPENING: 1.The meeting was declared open by the chairman, Prince Oseghale after an opening prayer taken by Pastor Ibharede U. Steven at 2.45pm. 2.Rev. J. O. Ebor in his welcome remarks thanked all the members that attended the movement meeting in his residence. He expressed his happiness as the host. He therefore prayed the movement succeed in its mission. 3.In the chairman’s opening remarks, he thanked all the members that attended the meeting. He further assured them that the movement stood for progress of Uromi-Uzea, he called for peace and cooperation. GENERAL 1.RT. HON. ITULAH Hon. Itulah Friday thanked the members for their consistency in attending the movement meeting. He told them that the major political issue at hand was the selection of delegates in all the wards of Esan North East L.G.A. He therefore urged the members to support the delegate aspirants whom they knew would either vote for Rt Hon. Itula or Hon. Okiye Frank. 2.DR. MIKE EHIZOKHALE Dr. Mike Ehizokhale enlightened the members that the forth coming delegate congress needed to be prepared for by having P.D.P party membership card. 3.PASTOR MONDAY ODIANOSEN. Pastor M. Odianosen exaulted the members of the movement to insist on protection of their vote. That whosoever wished to cheat on him or her on the primary voting day, should shout out for rescue and protection of his or her vote. 4.HON. DOMINIC OKOJIE Hon. Dominic Okojie thanked all the members and pleaded with them not to allow the opponent of the movement to ring the election of delegates and primary election of the office of House of Representative. However, he encouraged the aspirants to be open handed. 5.MR. JULIE IYOHA Mr. Iyoha Julie pleaded with the leaders of the Solidarity Movement to talk one of the aspirants to come down for the other. By this, the movement would have a step ahead of the opponent. CLOSING 1.In the chairman’s closing remarks he thanked all the members that spoke. That their statements and comments were geared towards a successful delegate election and the achievement of the movement’s cooperate mission. He further thanked the chief Host. Rev. J. O. Ebor for his support toward the movement goals. 2.Mr. John Ejenata moved the motion for adjournment and was seconded by Enger.
