Thus in the beauty contest which was originally started in the west and is now incorporated into muslims and blindly adopted by some pple. one sees clearly in it all wat goes against the nature of human being as ordered by their creator. startng frm the fact that, this contest lower the dignity of a woman by uncovering of her body and displayng her as cheap commodity and easy prey for lustful men, it is clear that this contest does not in anywei increase respect for woman no attract tourist as mention earlier by ukur. dignity is one of the objective that islamic law came to protect so watever goes against this contravenes the divine law, for as we know, the objective of clothing is to cover the body. it is normally accepted level of dignity for one to remove this tools of protection in public no matter wat may be the compensation that is y muslim vehemently oppossing this contest. A beauty contest also goes against objective of protectng the mind or reason becoz such exposure of womans body does nt adress logic byit expression of nudity therfore i apeal to all muslim elected leaders and the general public to speak in one voice to oppose this pagan culture.
