MISSION STATEMENT Our mission is to help reintegrate all Filipinos inclusive of Overseas Filipino Workers, and expatriates who are Filipinos married to foreign nationalities and/or permanent residents or naturalized citizens with their families in the Philippines. Reintegration services include but not limited to the following: counseling, educational seminars online and offline on how to save a portion of their monthly remittances, entrepreneurial skills and life skills training that will equip them with required skills and resources to become leaders in their communities. We will empower them with business and financial knowledge and access to funding or low interest loans with favorable terms not currently available in the Philippines. We will assist and train them on how to start their business, grow their business, business and management, and provide ongoing management support to ensure success. Summarize below is our actions plan to accomplish our mission. freefilipinas is a subsidiary of United Global Legacy Corporation of Nevada, USA that provides services which integrate our customers inclusive of Overseas Filipino Workers, expatriates, and Filipino-Americans with established global institutions to provide banking, financial, investment and insurance products and services. This enables our customers to aggregate a portion of their monthly remittances to be deposited in Wells Fargo Bank who provides cash savings management system. Wells Fargo Bank avails us financing facility for projects, business and investment opportunities that meet their underwriting criteria, as well as sound, sustainable and profitable investment that provide the best return on investment for our customers. Aegon-Transamerica provides life and casualty insurance, business and health insurance products and services for our customers. The synergy enables our customers gain leverage to become financially independent and self-sufficient. Ultimately, they will use their economic resources to transform their country from 3rd World to 1st World within the next ten to twenty years from today. UGLC have four distinct phases and clear goals. Phase I is to launch freefilipinas to educate and help our customers understand the services and products we offer. This website enables them to socialize, exchange ideas and communicate with each other and their families. Our goal is to cultivate members’ interest and loyalty to sign up for memberships. Phase II starts when we have a thousand members to participate in saving a portion of their monthly income earned overseas intended for retirement and capital to start and operate business and investment opportunities that will create good paying jobs. This is achieved by educating them to understand and participate in saving at least $25 per month deposited in United Global Legacy Corporation Commercial Savings Account with Wells Fargo Bank. UGLC collects one percentage (1%) management fee of aggregate amount at the end of each month which will be deposited in its Commercial Checking Account and the remainder transferred to the OFW Fund Savings Account in Wells Fargo Bank who will manage and invest this fund in low risk conservative investments of 2 – 3% Return On Investment. Phase III relates to UGLC establishing business relationship with Aegon-Transamerica to provide products and services in life and casualty insurance; and Health Insurance appropriate for their individual and group needs as well as Business Insurance needs. This will be offered and included in employee benefits package, but also be offered individually in Phase IV. Phase IV relates to becoming Lyoness Loyalty Merchant. We will provide 24/7/365 series of Webinars on demand on entrepreneurship training, ownership and management of business and investment opportunities in the Philippines. A subsidiary Management Corporation will be established in the Philippines task to put together projects, manage and operate such projects that fit Wells Fargo and our underwriting criteria and overtime create jobs, business and investment opportunities to improve the lives of the Filipino people.
