MISTAKES OF THE LAWMAKERS UPON PROMULGATING OF SOME OF THE RULES OF LAWS BY: GLECERIO TANGARO CANDADO In this world we are living and surviving, it is maybe since in the beginning and of many decades which are passing by until this present and for the future we are binds of some of the rules of laws because it will supposed to be the guidelines of the government leaders and people every time they will be making or doing any of the decisions. But we are having problem upon following some of it, it is because there are some of it are makes just for only of a personal interest in which obviously part of the wrong mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories. The kinds of the rules of laws in which are only the authors and people that who are occupying higher positions are having benefits of it. There is nothing wrong if we will be legislating or else promulgating some of the rules of laws as long these are equal and uniform to both of us. As far as I am having knowledge of it the right rules of laws must be equal and uniform to both private and public sectors in which giving us the right understanding that we must be having equality and uniformity form of the government systems that none of us is above and below of it. It is because as part of my observations and understanding the unequal and not uniform rules of laws are part of the reasons and explanations that there are some of us are having personal conflicts or else grudges that will be the cause of fighting with one another. Thats why; we must be having changes that will be fixing some of our rules of laws in which we will be making it equal and uniform to both private and public sectors and to all people, so that it will be serving as part of the prevention to some of us in the creations of the personal conflicts or else grudges in which triggering of having complications of it. In which the complications of it are part the reasons and explanation that there are some of us are experiencing of a difficulties of their life and minds that will be pushing them in getting or committing another errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes. And this difficulties of their life and minds are part of the reasons and explanation that there are some of us are not learning, performing and making or doing some of the right mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories in which triggering them to against or else violate some of our rules of laws. Actually, I am not a kind of a person who is always digging a hole just to find errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes of the others especially those who are occupying different positions in our government because I am also getting or committing the minors of it. But since I am also one of the taxpayers in which who is always having rights to voice out some of my concerns. That’s why; I am forcing myself of making or doing it because it is in need. I know it is not my business of making or doing this, but I am not making or doing this for my business. Actually, I cannot take it to myself upon hearing, seeing and observing every problem that which is supposed to be very controllable. And the court or else rules of laws is not having any rights or else right reasons to convict me if there will be somebody who will be filing a case against of what I am making or doing, because it is my rights, pleasure, peace of mind and freedom of telling of a mind thinking, mentalities or else principles and theories in which I am having right analysis of it and as a part of my contributions to our and other government system. And that supposed to be, not only me is having concern regarding of a status and situations in our government systems, it is because all of us are affecting of it. And also, my articles are basing the Article III Section 4 of the Philippines Constitutions in which I am not violating any of our rules of laws. Since the MENTALITIES SPECIALIST blogspot is already create and establish, thats why; we are no longer having any right reasons in thinking that the Supreme Creator will be teaching us of the right and wrong mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories in which giving us the right understanding that we must be reading with a comprehension for us in having a right understanding the whole insight of it. In the first place, supposed to be the rules of laws shall not intervene in some of a personal grudges or conflicts wherefore of their wrong mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories in which part of the reasons of bringing it to the court for any of the punishments. It is because upon interventions of the court or else the rules of laws, their personal grudges or conflicts are triggering the complications of it in which part of the reasons of a never ending quarreling. The court or else rules of laws is not having any rights or else right reasons in intervening of it especially if it is involving any of the punishments, but instead of an amicable settlements of their personal grudges or else conflicts. In whatever kinds of a situations of an errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes especially if these are having involvements of the personal grudges or else conflicts, the court or else rules of laws shall not be having obligation and responsibilities of it in which the reasons of bringing it to the court for any of the punishments. And in whatever kinds of errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes, it is their choice and decisions especially if it is wherefore of a personal grudges or else conflicts in which giving us the right understanding that none of us is having any rights or else right reasons in getting involve ourselves of it in thinking, learning, performing and making or doing any of the punishments, but instead of amicable settlements of it. Likewise, if there will be some of us are having personal grudges or else conflicts to one another, none of us even the court is having any obligations and responsibilities upon happening of it, because it is their choice, faults and decision. Although, treating the child or children and people equally and uniformly upon teaching and making some right guidelines through legislating or else promulgating some of the rules of laws are the only obligations and responsibilities by our government leaders especially to those who are lawmakers. It can be the lawmakers can be making or doing of something through legislating or else promulgating the equal and uniform rules of laws in which are part of the settlements of their personal grudges or else conflicts. Likewise, the lawmakers can also make or do something through legislating or else promulgating some of the equal and uniform rules of laws that can be helping of them for the amicable settlements of their cases that are triggering another personal grudges or else conflicts and that will be the cause of a never ending quarreling. And also, it is very common observations to both of us except child or children and the mentally ill persons or else people that upon playing games in a court such of filing different cases, it is always in favor to a persons or else people that are having powers or else positions and money. And there are some of us that who are having powers or else positions and money will be using the court or else rules of laws for only of their personal interest such of their protections even if they are getting or committing errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes. That’s why; in whatever kinds of errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well as crime, it is useless if we will be bringing it to the court for any of the punishments especially if the treatment of the appellants and defendants are not equal and uniform. We shall be teaching the child or children and people in not relying to the court in whatever kinds of a situations they are facing and will be facing especially if there will be something happens such of a personal grudges or else conflicts in their life with the others. We can be teaching the child or children and people to become more responsible in learning, performing and making or doing some process in getting or acquiring their different needs without using the court or else rules of laws for them not in having problem’s complications that can be possible cause that they will prone to an irritationsin which can be part of the reasons that they will be easily getting anger and that triggering them in having personal grudges or else conflicts to one another. And we can be having effective and efficient teachings, guidelines through some rules of laws even if we are not thinking, learning, performing and making or doing any of the punishments to those who are getting or committing errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes once we are kinds of the parents or else government leaders that who are having knowledge of the right mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories. And also, in whatever kinds of errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes the government leaders especially the lawmakers and us are not having any rights or else right reasons in thinking, learning, performing and making or doing any of the punishments to those who are getting or committing of it, it is because all of us are getting or committing of it in a different situations especially if we are not having right knowledge of it. The government leaders especially the lawmakers are supposed to be having stands of being a public servants and not as a punisher to those who are getting or committing errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes. The more we will be bringing to the court in whatever kinds of errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes for any of the punishments, the more we will be having complications of it in which are obviously part of the wrong mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories. Thats why;the government leaders especially the lawmakers shall be practicing of their selves in rolling every country that who are really having knowledge in handling or managing the mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories of the child or children and people that will not thinking, learning, performing and making or doing any of the punishments to those who are getting or committing errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes. And also the punishments are not part of the ways or solutions in making some corrections as of having prevention of every error, mistake or else wrongdoing as well crime. As a matter of facts it can be the reasons for it in having more complications. Second, the rules of laws are also part of the reasons that there are some of our lawyers are making it as their source of income upon bringing every error, mistake or else wrongdoing as well crime to the court even if it is part of impractical and ridiculous mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories. Actually, there is nothing wrong if the lawyers are bringing every case to the court but in a sense of amicable settlements and not for any of the punishments. It is because what will be the possibilities to happen to the persons or people who are having punishments wherefore of their errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crime? Do you think it will be helping them in learning, performing and making or doing some of the right mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories in the future? Actually not, because the punishments can be the reasons that there are some of them will become more erroneous comparing of a past. And also, in whatever situations of errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes, none of us is having any rights or else right reasons in thinking, performing and making or doing any of the punishments even the government leaders especially the lawmakers, it is because in whatever situations we are facing and will be facing that whatever happens and will be happening in our lives, it is wherefore of our decisions making and analysis in which giving us the right understanding it is our choice if we will be pushing our lives to ruin wherefore of it. That’s why; only us is the reason once there will be something wrong and right that are happening and will be happening in our lives. Likewise, we are not having any rights or else right reasons of blaming the others through bringing every error, mistake or else wrongdoing as well crime to the court regarding of what are happening and will be happening in our lives such of having personal grudges or else conflicts with the others that triggering of filling case of it, it is because everything of it is our choice, faults and decisions. That’s why; the government leaders especially the lawmakers or else the court are not having any rights or else right reasons in legislating or else promulgating some rules of laws that are imposing any of the punishments to those who are getting or committing and will be getting or committing errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes. It is because the government leaders especially the lawmakers are also getting or committing and will be getting or committing errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings especially if they are not having right knowledge of the situations they are facing and will be facing upon living and surviving here in this world. We are not having any rights or else right reasons in thinking, learning, imposing, performing and making or doing any of the punishments to those who are getting or committing and will be getting or committing errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes, it is because these are not part of the ways or solutions to correct of it. We are only having rights or else right reasons in teaching as of making right guidelines to the child or children and people for them can be learning, performing and making or doing some of the right mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories. And if they cannot follows, we shall let them suffers in order to learn and understand of their own errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings instead of thinking, learning, imposing, performing and making or doing any of the punishments. But it will not happens that they cannot follows once we are practicing ourselves in learning, performing and making or doing some of the right mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories for us in having capacities and capabilities in teaching them of it. Likewise, it is expecting for them that they cannot follow once we are not having any capacities and capabilities of teaching them in order to learn, perform and make or do some of the right mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories. The right training, practices, seminars or else educations are only ways or solutions in making some corrections in whatever kinds of errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes we are getting or committing and will be getting or committing wherefore we are not having knowledge of it. Although, we cannot guarantees that the right training, practices, seminars or else educations will perfectly molds their minds in learning, performing and making or doing some of the right mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories. It is because the right training, practices, seminars or else educations can be making us perfect, but none of us is perfect in everything we are learning, performing and making or doing. It is maybe, we can perfect one, two or more right mind thinking, mentalities or else principles and theories, but of all it will be impossible to happen. My whole insight here is that, the right training, practices, seminars or else educations can be helping us in learning, performing and making or doing some of the right mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories. And upon learning in performing and making or doing some of it, it will always depends upon the teachers, trainers, mentors or else educators, the environment and facilities will also consider of it. And every one of us is having capacity and capability in learning, performing and making or doing some of the right mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories once we are having right teachers, trainers, mentors or else educators. Therefore, we are not having any rights or else right reasons in getting anger that can be triggering us in thinking, learning, imposing, performing and making any of the punishments to those who are getting or committing and will be getting or committing errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes specially to the child or children and people that who are really ignorance or else not having knowledge of the right mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories wherefore they are not having right training, practice, seminar or else education of it. We must bear in our mind that all of us are getting or committing and will be getting or committing errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes, it is wherefore of our idiotizm or much weakness in which will be the unbalance and uncontrollable reactions, behaviors, attitudes or else feelings or emotions. Thats why; we must be having right training, practices, seminars or else educations to the child or children and people for them can be learning, performing and making or doing some of the right mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories. It is because the right mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors or else principles and theories are only ways in balancing or else controlling some of the wrong reactions, behaviors, attitudes or else different kinds of a feelings or emotions. And since we are their trainers, mentors or else educators, thats why, we must be learning first of it. It is because our reactions, behaviors, attitudes or else different kinds of a feelings or emotions are always depends upon our mind thinking, mentalities or else principles and theories. Likewise, once we are learning some of the right mind thinking, mentalities or else principles and theories we can also perform and make or do some of the right reactions, behaviors, attitudes or else having right feelings or emotions that can be helping us in balancing or else controlling of it. Third, everything here in this world will matters of experimentation and observation for us to know what will be the real right and wrong mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories. Thats why; if there will be negative and wrong reactions, behaviors, attitudes or else feelings or emotions, it is giving sense that there is something negative and wrong of our mind thinking or mentalities. So, if the child or children and people will be learning, performing and making or doing something that are part of the negative and wrong mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories it is giving sense that there is something negative and wrong of the parents and the government leaders. The parents and government leaders are supposed to be the models or icons of the child or children and people in learning, performing and making or doing something that can be part of the right mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories. And if we are not having any capacities and capabilities to be the model or icon of learning, performing and making or doing that can be part of the right mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories it is giving sense that we are not having any capacities and capabilities of being the right, good and responsible parents and government leaders in which giving us the right understanding that we are not having any rights or else right reasons and explanations to be their trainers, mentors or else educators. Likewise, once we are the parents and government leaders that who are having right mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories, we are also having capacities and capabilities in handling, managing and teaching the child or children and people without thinking, learning, imposing, performing and making or doing any of the punishments. Thats why; the parents and government leaders are not having any rights in thinking, learning, imposing, performing and making or doing any of the punishments to the child or children and people that who are getting or committing and will be getting or committing errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes. It is because the mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories of the child or children and people will matters of the parents and government leaders. And every one of us is getting or committing and will be getting or committing of it wherefore of the idiotizm or much weakness. And also the punishments are not part of the ways or solutions to correct errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes. In fact, it can be triggering another to the others it is because it can be reasons in having psychological problems or else mental illness to the child or children and people especially if it can cause them physical pains. Then the child or children and people that who are having psychological problems or mental illness can influence to the minds of the others. Since it can influence the minds, thats why; there will be some possibilities that all of us can also having it. Then our psychological problems or mental illness can be reasons in pushing our lives and others to ruins. Thats why; we must use practicality and logicality pattern in analyzing of whatever situations we are facing and will be facing for us can be helping of minimizing every error, mistake or else wrongdoing as well crime in order not to push our lives and others to ruin. And we can find right mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories through practical and logical analysis. It is because we are living and surviving here in this world upon learning, performing and making or doing some practical mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories such of the process in getting or acquiring our different needs. Then we can easily determine or else distinguish between right and wrong mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories through logical form of reasons and explanations. It is because the logical forms of reasons and explanations are always having facts or basis to the truth that both of us can be seeing and observing of it. Thats why; we must be having experimentation and observation in everything here in this world for us in having right conclusions that can be guiding us in legislating or else promulgating equal and uniform rules of laws. It is because the right or else the equal and uniform rules of laws are only ways in acquiring peace of minds that can be resulting to a peace on earth. And also, peace of minds and peace on earth can be reasons for us in having good health. Then good health is our investment for us can be learning, performing and making or doing some of the practical and logical mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories. That’s why; the court or else rules of laws must supposed to be treating equally and uniformly both private and public sectors and all people, it is because we are having equal and uniform rights here in this world in which giving us the right understanding that none of us is above and below of it. It is maybe sometimes we are learning, performing and making or doing something in which the others are not learning, performing and making or doing, but the others also are learning, performing and making or doing something in which we are not learning, performing and making or doing in which part of the facts or a basis to the truth that we are supposed to be having equal and uniform rights here in this world. And also, all of us are having capacities and capabilities in learning, performing and making or doing some of the right mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories once we are having right training, practices, seminars or else educations of it. In connections and relations of it, the lawmakers must be legislating or else promulgating some rules of laws that are having arrangements of sharing the important works and products equally and uniformly as part of signs that we are having equal and uniform rights upon living and surviving here in this world in which giving us the right understanding that all of us must supposed to be having equal tasks, work assignment or else duties and responsibilities that will not matter the fields or natures of it. And also, none of us is having any rights or else right reasons of earning higher comparing with one another, it is because the different positions and designations are only part of our duties and responsibilities in which are not having any connections and relations of earning higher income or else salaries comparing with one another.
