MLM Tip: A true leader would never spend their time bad mouthing people or their previous company online. Many of those individuals want to lure people in that might be manipulated by their story. They want to create panic in order to get you to buy into their story so that you will inevitably join them in the new venture. I see it time and time again and so many honest people are falling victim to these tactics. If you are getting results in the company that you are in, dont leave. You have made connects and created a story. You never quit your job because one of your ex-coworkers gets fired or quit. You have to learn to recognize distractions that are pulling you away from the next level. If you continue to follow these types of people, they will do the same thing again and again. Your time and investment will become of no effect because you will keep starting over. DONT BUY THEIR STORY. Investigate for yourself. I have learned that Champions know how to rise in the midst of adversity and challenges. These people will always say they found a bigger and better opportunity. Guess what, that is all fluff. You have to do the same work in the next company. I lost everything following people that told me that the grass was greener on the other side when I was already making good money where I was. But it was a learning opportunity and boy did I learn a valuable lesson. Roots grow deeper staying planted and the tree is stronger when the roots are deeper. Dont be someone else flunky while they continue make money moving from deal to deal off of you instead of putting you in the best position to WIN. STAY FOCUSED!! ~ Angelia Mitchell
