MLWGS wins 4A South semi-final in field hockey and gains berth in state field hockey tournament Catherine Leahy scored the only goal of the game as Maggie Walker won a trip to the state field hockey tournament with a 1-0 4A South semifinal win over Grafton on last night. Tallie Hausser had three saves for the Green Dragons who are 21-0 for the season. The 4A South final will be held on Thursday in Virginia Beach. The state tournament begins on Friday November 14th at 2 pm. The semifinals will be held in Virginia Beach at the National Training Center (Fields 1 or 2 depending on Thursdays result). The 4A Championship game will be held on Saturday November 15th at 2 pm.
