MM-HIIT This stands for Multi modal high intensity interval training. We use it in our programming to differing degrees all the time. Why? because there there is no other method of training that piles so much bang for the buck in one session. In the video Coach Walz is demonstrating a very short 30sec HIIT interval with a strength stimulus (power clean - anaerobic alactic power) followed by clapping push-ups (strength hypertrophy), and finally double rope undulations as the metabolic finisher. this combines a tonne of great training stimuluses packed into one highly effect workout. We will complete this triplet every 3 min x 6-10 rounds.
