MMC Corp completes NCB stake acquisition. (The Star) KUALA LUMPUR: MMC Corporation Bhd has completed its 15.73% acquisition of NCB Holdings Bhd for RM221.98mil, a filing to Bursa Malaysia on Tuesday showed. After the exercise, it will make MMC Corp the second largest stakeholder in the port and logistics operator. The offer price translates to RM3 per NCB share, close to a 25% premium to NCB’s share price prior to the announcement on Nov 27.
