MMM - Sunday 11 January 2015 Hi Gang - like a lot of people Im afraid Ive been laid low all week with a nasty bug. Its believed I may have picked up gastroenteritis while in hospital and Im now dosed up on vigorous antibiotics to try and shift it. So I hope you dont mind if I just quietly leave you this week with one of the 1st Mellow Moments we had back in 2001.
