MMMM! Eat clean and train mean! Tonights dinner was organic pastured pork chops and buttered cabbage with grass fed butter! So tonights recipe is super easy and not expensive! The pork chops alone were less than $5!! A big box of cabbage (on sale at Whole Foods Market Merchants Walk !) for $4.50 and voila! I cooked both the pork chops and cabbage on the stove with coconut oil. Remember... you never want to turn good fats bad by heating! After the cabbage was done I seasoned with himalayan salt, Kerrys grass fed butter and a little bit of extra virgin olive oil. I seasoned my pork chops with himalayan salt, cajun seasoning and a tiny bit of italian seasoning! Simple simple! For the cabbage: just cook on a medium heat in a skillet until it wilts down. I cook with coconut oil and about 3-4 minutes later add about 2 tablespoons of water. Keep cooking until it reaches your desired level of crunch .... For the pork chops: Same thing, I always want to make sure they are done all the way through so cook on a medium heat and use a knife to test the center. After you are done you can add grass fed butter and your favorite seasonings as well. I added a side of guacamole! There you go! Simply, easy and grain free! Eating healthy CAN be delicious! #AandAWellness #EatClean
