MOBILE ART FACTORY : A UNIQUE CONCEPT TO ENCOURAGE UPCOMING ARTISTS I visited the Mobile Art Factory at Old Gurgaon Road near the upcoming Hyatt Regency Hotel for a pre launch preview yesterday. It was a delight to find an old factory space turned into an art gallery with exhibits of Artists from several nationalities. The most interesting part of the concept is that this group on internationally acclaimed artists instead of using famous art galleries use unknown locations and prefer open spaces. The objective is to encourage upcoming artists to participate with well known and established names by creating an alternative to costly art galleries. The organizers of Art Factory have been organizing these exhibitions in the mountains of Dehradun to Gurgaon to several locations worldwide. Their exhibition is always full of admirers in large numbers in spite of the fact that entry is only by invitation. The price range for buyers has a range from Rs 20000 to up to a several lakhs.
