MODERN PROTESTANTISM IS HEAVILY INFLUENCED BY PAGANISM. By Luke. Haskell Words: 5467 You are probably thinking, your crazy. I don’t mean this to be cruel to Protestants, I simply want to show the incredible mysteries and beautiful rituals that God has given us through his church. For those who have faith to believe them that is. So how has Protestantism been influenced by paganism? They have been influenced through their enmity of ritual. God gave the Jews specific rituals that had a bottomless well of love and mystery attached to them. The Jews were the chosen people that through these rituals we would come to know the deeper mysteries of God. The rituals or laws of ritual as Paul describes them are pedagogues. They are teachers of the deeper mysteries of Christ. Israel Zolli an incredible scholar, who was the chief Rabbi of Rome and convert to Catholicism, explained that Catholicism fulfilled Judaism. Augustine tells us of a tale of two cities; A City of God and a City of Satan that will exist side by side until the end of time. Justin in 150 AD (Justin First Apology) writes to the Roman emperor explaining to him how Satan created paganism to keep humanity from Catholic truth. He goes on and explains how the demons saw the mysteries of the mystical regeneration that occurs in baptism hidden in the law of Moses and how they mimicked it in the pagan washing ceremonies. He also discusses and is reviled by the fact that the demons mimicked the ceremony of the Eucharist and the Holy Mass in the mysteries of Mithras. Justin First Apology Chapter 66. The answer is obvious to any faithful Catholic; to keep you from the incredible love and mysteries God gave us through his sacraments. To keep you from the ultimate “personal relationship with Christ”. The essence of His eternal glorified being nurturing your body and soul through transmutation. The bride is prepared; baptism. The marriage is consummated; the Eucharist. WE walk by faith not by sight. He who has the bride is the bride groom. Focus on what you cannot see because everything else passes away. Satan created paganism to make you have distain for the incredible mysteries God gave us in liturgy which fulfils the synagogue. Focus on this; does Catholicism look pagan because it has derived its traditions from paganism or does Catholicism look pagan because Satan created paganism to keep you from Catholic truth? There is only one truth, and one God, all other philosophies are created to keep you as far away from that one truth as possible. What brings you closer to the Eucharist is of God what pushes you away is not. I actually believe that the deception goes back even further than Justin and Augustine describe. I believe Babylon is the origin of the deception. Nimrod as we read from Eustace Mullins book on the curse of Canaan (who references the ancient Babylonian historian Berossos a priest of Marduk,) appears to have been heavily influenced by Satan. Nimrod means rebel , which is appropriate because he rebelled against God. He rebelled against Noah and Shem the builders of Jerusalem. “ According to some Jewish traditions (e.g., B. Shem a symbol of prosperity offered a sacrifice of bread and wine to the most high God. Shem who created Jerusalem which means foundation or cornerstone. The church is the New Jerusalem and the eternal cornerstone that has become a stumbling block. It appears that Nimrod may have been possessed. From Babylon came the first black masses in which ritual orgies occurred where they partook of food of the gods to become one with the gods. From archeological digs at Meggido, also known as the valley of Armageddon we see that the Babylonian temples of sacrifices were dedicated by the sacrifice of babies. In mockery of the corner stone of God the sacrificed babies were put in jars and placed as foundations of the four corners of the temples of sacrifice. As Babylon broke up their secret initiations were spread through out the world and can be found all around the globe in secret societies up until today. The Egyptians had triune gods, queen mothers of heaven that interceded for the god king, triune gods, tabernacles for the food of the gods; uniting to the god through partaking of the food of the god. Osiris dies and goes to the underworld he later is found in union with a tree in a temple… the kings of Egypt united with the god Osiris in order to become Pharaoh or son of the sun. My eyes are Osiris, my ears are Osiris, my heart is Osiris… At the same time the City of Satan was performing their rituals God gave the truths to the Israelites. God told Moses that he would establish a priesthood through Aaron, build a place for his presence that was built to exact specifications. Perform rituals of sacrifice that were performed to exact specifications. God gave man rules of worship and rules of conduct and put men in charge to interpret and enforce the laws he gave. He established priesthood with a high priest that would perform rituals of sacrifice and operate as mediators for the tribes. He established an entire tribe of priests. He created the Old Testament church and liturgy. The things that occurred and the punishments for not following the laws appear to be images of how our souls are affected WHEN WE CHOOSE NOT TO FOLLOW THE HEAVENLY REALITIES. When people rose up against Moses and his priesthood God showed them how important this priesthood was as his mediator and destroyed those who rebelled. (Num. 16, Jude 1:10-11) Jude showed how those who were going against the majesty of the established church were committing the same act as Core and therefore would receive the same punishment. In Hebrews 8 we read: If then he were on earth, he would not be a priest: seeing that there would be others to offer gifts according to the law,5 Who serve unto the example and SHADOW OF HEAVENLY THINGS. As it was answered to Moses, when he was to FINISH THE TABERNACLE: See (saith he) that thou make all things ACCORDING TO THE PATTERN WHICH WAS SHEWN THEE ON THE MOUNT.6 But now he hath obtained a better ministry, by how much also he is a MEDIATOR OF A BETTER TESTAMENT, which is established on better promises.7 For if that former had been faultless, there should not indeed A PLACE HAVE BEEN SOUGHT FOR A SECOND… there was no separation of chapter and verse in the original letters. If we look at the transition from chapter 8 to nine we read: “Now in saying a new, he hath made the former old. And that which decayeth and groweth old, is near its end. 9 The former INDEED HAD ALSO JUSTIFICATIONS OF DIVINE SERVICE, AND A WORLDLY SANCTUARY.” Paul is telling us that the former covenant law with God had rituals and ordinances but earthly ones. Earthly ones as opposed to the New Covenants rituals and ordinances that are HEAVENLY, they are spiritual. The Old Covenants rituals were composed of sacrifices of bulls and goats which were types of Christ, through the true high priest Christ the New Covenant offers Christ’s own blood to obtain an eternal redemption. A true “unspotted lamb which tells us that Christ is the true Passover who has cleansed our conscience from the works of the rituals of the mosaic law that did not justify. Paul calls Christ the mediator of the new covenant. What did Paul think a mediator was? The Jews always saw a mediator as one who offered sacrifice for the people. Spiritual mediation was always intrinsically connected to sacrifice. How long does the high priest offer this sacrifice? “The Lord will send forth the sceptre of thy power out of Sion: rule thou in the midst of thy enemies.3 With thee is the principality in the day of thy strength: in the brightness of the saints: from the womb before the day star I begot thee.4 The Lord hath sworn, and he will not repent: Thou art a priest for ever according to the order of Melchisedech. (Psm 109 DRB) “If then perfection was by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that another priest should rise according to the order of Melchisedech, and not be called according to the order of Aaron?12 For the priesthood being translated, it is necessary that a translation also be made of the law.13 For he, of whom these things are spoken, is of another tribe, of which no one attended on the altar.14 For it is evident that our Lord sprung out of Juda: in which tribe Moses spoke nothing concerning priests.15 And it is yet far more evident: if according to the similitude of Melchisedech there ariseth another priest,16 Who is made not according to the law of a carnal commandment, but according to the power of an indissoluble life:17 For he testifieth: Thou art a priest forever, according to the order of Melchisedech. How long is Melchisedech a high priest for? Forever. What sacrifice does the order of Melchisedech offer forever to the most high God? “But Melchisedech the king of Salem, bringing forth BREAD AND WINE, FOR HE WAS THE PRIEST OF THE MOST HIGH GOD,19 Blessed him, and said: Blessed be Abram by the most high God, who created heaven and earth.20 And blessed be the most high God, by whose protection the enemies are in thy hands. And he gave him the tithes of all. (Gen 14:18) Christ is the true foundation of prosperity , the true Shem, the high priest of the New Priesthood that offers a sacrifice to the father in the form of bread and wine as the mediator of the New and eternal covenant forever. The cornerstone of the House of God. When Christ first came to us he came out from Bethlehem which means House of Bread. Bethlehem was founded by shepherds who on the outskirts of Bethlehem raised the lambs that were daily offered in the sacrifices of the temple of Jerusalem. Christ fulfills the offering as the temple sacrifice but the priesthood of the high priest who eternally offer the sacrifice of the High priest after consecration and offering on the altar also eat of the sacrifice. At the time Christ road into Jerusalem the lambs were being brought in from Bethlehem the House of bread for the sacrifice. At the same time he was before pilate the Lambs were being inspected. At the same time he was being sacrificed as a Lamb led to the slaughter the daily Tamid sacrifice at 3:00 was being offered in the temple and the priests were praying for delivery and calling for their savior to come. Bread and wine were consecrate, an unblemished lamb was offered and the priest partook of the consecrated bread and wine; The Tamid sacrifice the perpetual daily offering was offered as Christ said it is finished. HOW THE HEAVENLY REALITIES EFFECT THE SOUL. Not being baptized which destroys the stain Satan placed on the soul is spiritual death. Baptism is an exorcism. Nothing unclean can enter Gods church, “27That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not HAVING SPOT OR WRINKLE, or any; such thing; but that it should be HOLY, AND WITHOUT BLEMISH”; nothing unclean can enter heaven. There are no weeds in heaven. Christ is describing his mystical body on earth the New Jerusalem the New Sion the Kingdom of David in which we have been made heirs. And after they had held their peace, James answered, saying: Men, brethren, hear me.14 Simon hath related how God first visited to take of the Gentiles a people to his name.15 And to this agree the words of the prophets, as it is written:16 After these things I will return, and will REBUILD THE TABERNACLE OF DAVID, WHICH IS FALLEN DOWN; and the ruins thereof I will rebuild, and I will set it up:17 That the residue of men may seek after the Lord, and all nations upon whom my name is invoked, saith the Lord, who doth these things.18 To the Lord was his own work known from the beginning of the world.(Acts 15:14:18) The Kingdom of God is a sacramental kingdom that Unites heaven to earth through the true blood of the grape vine, Christ’s glorified blood. This Kingdom has fulfilled the promise given to David that his Kingdom would last forever. In order for it to last forever it has become the bride of Christ and the supreme sacrament on earth, Emanuel Israel, the New Jerusalem that will offer the true sacrifice worthy of God, Zion the Mountain of the Lord that will bring forth instruction in Gods ways. THE CHURCH IS THE PILLAR AND FOUNDATION OF TRUTH. Since it is united to heaven itself we are surrounded by a cloud of witnesses, the spirits of the just made perfect who will never be separated from us in the veil. “But you are come to mount Sion, and to the city of the living God, the HEAVENLY JERUSALEM, and to the COMPANY OF MANY THOUSANDS OF ANGELS,23 And to the church of the firstborn, who are written in the heavens, and to God the judge of all, and to the SPIRITS OF THE JUST MADE PERFECT,24 And to Jesus the MEDIATOR OF THE NEW TESTAMENT, and to the sprinkling of blood which speaketh better than that of Abel. At every mass. 25 See that you refuse him not that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spoke upon the earth, much more shall not we, that turn away from him that speaketh to us from heaven. (Hebrews 12:22-25) In the veil the flesh of Christ we at every Mass with the angels in heaven through our high priest offer the most perfect sacrifice of Christ’s glorified body and blood in the form of bread and wine in the temple not made by hands to the father mediating for the world in prayer and supplication. “I desire therefore, first of all, that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all men: 2For kings, and for all that are in high station: that we may lead a quiet and a peaceable life in all piety and chastity. 3For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour, 4Who will have all men to be saved, and to come to the knowledge of the truth. 5For there is one God, and one mediator of God and men, the man Christ Jesus: 6Who gave himself a redemption for all, a testimony in due times. 7Whereunto I am appointed a preacher and an apostle, (I say the truth, I lie not,) a doctor of the Gentiles in faith and truth. “(1 Timothy 2:1-7) “O senseless Galatians, who hath bewitched you that you should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been set forth, crucified among you?2 This only would I learn of you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?(Galatians 3:1) Through the one mediator our high priest Melchisedech we share in his mediation of the perfect sacrifice of Calvary that is made ever present to the father outside of the concept of time, eternally present before the Father in the form of bread and wine. “Why then was the law? It was set because of transgressions, until the seed should come, to whom he made the promise, being ordained by angels in the hand of A MEDIATOR.20 NOW A MEDIATOR IS NOT OF ONE: BUT GOD IS ONE. (Gal 3:19) We sin against an infinite God. The greater the one you sin against the greater the penalty; the greater the sacrifice. When God dwelt among men in the flesh he said I have not come to abolish the law but to fulfill the law, heaven and earth will pass away but not one word of the law ever will. From reading Paul in Hebrews 8 and 9 we see THAT THE RITUAL LAWS HAVE BECOME HEAVENLY. What does this mean? The rituals have taken on an eternal significance and are offered through an eternal priest. But something is missing. A high priest is only considered to be a high priest when he is ruling a priesthood. And he that shall believe in him, shall not be confounded. 7To you therefore that believe, he is honour: but to them that believe not, the stone WHICH THE BUILDERS REJECTED, THE SAME IS MADE THE HEAD OF THE CORNER: 8AND A STONE OF STUMBLING, AND A ROCK OF SCANDAL, TO THEM WHO STUMBLE AT THE WORD, NEITHER DO BELIEVE, whereunto also they are set. 9But you are A CHOSEN GENERATION, A KINGLY PRIESTHOOD, A HOLY NATION, A PURCHASED PEOPLE: THAT YOU MAY DECLARE HIS VIRTUES, WHO HATH CALLED YOU OUT OF DARKNESS INTO HIS MARVELLOUS LIGHT: 10Who in time past were not a people: but are now the people of God. Who had not obtained mercy; but now have obtained mercy.
